```Job Overview:
The Wilco Premium Roofing sales team is growing! Located in Longview, TX Wilco Premium Roofing specializes in installing high quality roof systems. Compensation is heavily commissioned. Draw or base pay are negotiable for the right candidate. The responsibilities of the sales contractor are as follows.

Duties:

-This position is outside sales and requires lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a “hunter” sales mentality and be self motivated.

-Sales contractor is responsible for contacting and maintaining contact with property owner(s) or their authorized agent.

-Sales contractor will gather all information and data relevant to the project. This includes a physical inspection of the property and or roof.

-Sales contractor will build a file in the customer relationship management software, generate documents and paperwork as needed including contracts, work agreements and reports.

-Sales contractor must have a working, reliable and presentable vehicle with at minimum liability insurance.

-Sales contractor must have and maintain a valid state issued drivers license.

-Sales contractor must have their own mobile device and maintain their own mobile service.

-Sales contractor must be able to lift fifty pounds and use a ladder.

-Sales contractor must be able be on their feet outdoors in most weather conditions.

-Sales contractor will be subject to minimum weekly, monthly and annual sales requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
